The Business Coordinator is at the heart of our operation, blending administrative talent with excellent customer service skills.
You will play a key role in supporting our agents’ real estate transactions, building a positive office culture, and coordinating with our training, operations, and accounting departments.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of personal relationship building and team collaboration, thriving in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Agent Support Services:* Manage new listings, update existing ones, process new agents, and ensure all transaction files are complete.
* *Office Support Services:* Be the welcoming face for our agents, clients, and visitors.
Manage incoming calls, office supplies, and help foster a positive office culture.
* *Corporate Support Services:* Implement operational systems, support procedural compliance, and assist in company-wide communications and events.
*Who We Are Looking For*
* Individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Google products and a keen attention to detail.
* A proactive, trustworthy team player who operates with urgency when needed.
