Rehoming of 2 cats 4&3 years old (Xenia, Ohio)

I’m looking to rehome my 2 cats.
The reason being our cats and dog do not get along.
My older female cat specifically tries to attack the dog, so I have to keep them separate.
They are really wonderful kitties, and I feel bad it came to this point, but I want them to be in a home better suited for them.
They have always been inside cats, they have no fleas.
I definitely think it’d be best to be dog free.
They are fixed, and had their shots last May.
Will charge a small fee to assure they go to a good home.
