Nice little family dog ** Pending Trial Placement** (Xenia)

I am going to keep this short and sweet.
Due to absolutely no fault of his own, I am looking to rehome my very loving little Jack Russel terrier who turns two in January.
He weighs 19 pounds and is a very high energy dog as most Jack Russels are.
He is neutered (at a very early age, so he behaves himself).
He has too many good qualities to try to list and comes complete and ready to love.

There IS a small rehoming fee just because of all he would be coming with and to ensure he gets a good home.
I would love to see him go to a home with a secure fence where he can run and play.
I do have a few restictions, the most important one is that he has to be the only pet and a other requirements.
I do think he may do better with older children as well (just not toddlers or children who might tease him).
