Rat terrier for rehoming (Springfield)

I need to rehome my rat terrier.
He is potty trained, good with cats, dogs, and kids.
He's a lap dog for sure who just wants to be near his people.
He's 4 months old, so he's very much still a pup.
There is a rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home.
