Sweet Shih Tzu girl looking for perfect home (Englewood)

16 month old girl shih tzu.
She came to us after living in a home where she was mainly kept in a laundry room or crate.
Not house broken, but uses puppy pads.
Her original family bought her and her brother as puppies, when they had puppies of their own, they realized they didn’t have the time for them and looked for new homes for all of the puppies & mom and dad.
She was really matted by the time we got her, so we took her to a groomer.
She’s a sweet snuggly girl, my kids absolutely love her, but she’s afraid of me and has started scratching and nipping my younger kids.
Would do best in a home with a smaller family & older children.
She does great with our chow, but does growl at him when she’s eating.
She’s still pretty young so we give her a chew stick every day to keep her from chewing up toys.
Rehoming fee to ensure she won’t be going to a breeder.
