Missing dog (Huber heights)

This little 4 pound dog has been missing for a few days.
I have seen him in the Taylorsville San Fernando area.
I have tried to help the frantic owner find him and we have but he wouldn’t come to us.
Contact me if you see him and I’ll tell the owner whom I have contact with.
I’m just trying to help her if I can.
