The Goddard School®, an early childhood education center, is currently seeking qualified Assistant Teachers.
Experience is preferred, but everything you need to know can be taught alongside one of our experienced teachers! The perfect candidate would have a love of teaching young minds, creating those "lightbulb" moments, and have a love of singing, dancing, and acting silly!
Typical full-time hours are Monday-Friday, ~8:00 - 5:00 pm, however, flexible schedule options and part-time hours are available as well!

Daily Responsibilities:
Our Lead and Assistant Teachers work together to:
Develop/Implement lesson plans.
Meet the individual needs of the children.
Parent communication.
Participate in staff and training meetings.
Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
Interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
Present expectations that are appropriate to the child.
Requirements:
Must be 18yrs old
Must have a high school diploma or a GED, or in your second year of a high school Early Childhood Education Program
Must pass a FBI and BCI background check
All requirements above set by the State of Ohio
