Server/Bartender

Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Check identification to ensure legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated customers - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Experience: - Previous experience as a bartender/server in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques - Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong math skills for calculating bills and making change - The abilit y to learn a POS system and online ordering Note: Experience in catering, banquet, brewing, or food service industries is a plus.
