Martin Automotive Group is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team at our Kia of Dayton location
.
The Accounting Clerk processes all vehicle transactions.
Verifies costs, including costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons for the accounting department, stocks in new units and tracks vehicle receivables.
Responsibilities:
Two locations AP/AR
Reconciling AP statements
Bank deposits for two locations
Stocking in new and used vehicles for two locations
Calling on past due AR accounts
Maintain vehicle inventory reconciliations
Perform general clerical duties
Generating and mailing AR statements
Process Cancellations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2 year Accounting degree preferred
2-5 years Automotive experience preferred
