Internship Program
The CareSource Tax Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment.
We offer a 11-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack.

Essential Functions:
Specific activities will vary by assignment
Provide support on special projects and initiatives
For profit tax compliance
Quarterly tax calculations, form 1120 and form 1065 preparation
Writing tax memos
Data gathering of sales tax paid plus accrued to determine consistent treatment among vendors, budget projections, and identifying opportunities for efficiencies
Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Current college / university undergraduate or graduate student in a credited degree program is required
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Effective listening and critical thinking skills
Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range:
$33,200.
