Interim CFO

We have a PE backed client in Dayton, OH who needs an *Interim CFO* to join their team ASAP.
The duration of this project is expected to be 2-3 months.
This is a full-time, CONTRACT opportunity.
This would ideally be in Dayton, OH.
If they’re not local, they must be comfortable traveling to Dayton.
*Responsibilities*: * Lead overall financial management * Work on and maintain budget and forecasting * Kickoff initial stages of annual audit preparation * Oversee accounting team of 3 * Manage accrued revenue * Assist with lender management * Ensure completion and compliance of financial statements and reporting *Qualifications*: * Degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 10+ years of experience * Experience with small to mid-size companies preferred * QuickBooks experience a plus *Compensation*: $75 -$85/hr.
