Key Responsibilities Generate and prepare invoices to customers Ability to apply payments and manage credit card transactions Process payments received, apply them to the appropriate accounts, and reconcile discrepancies Process and research COD tickets and invoices along with researching cash receipts, coding/posting of receipts.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments Prepare bank deposits and maintain accurate/organized financial records.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and support financial reporting Research tax-exempt qualifications Perform other duties as assigned Maintain and create excel spreadsheets Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent AR experience Proven experience in accounts receivable Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with high volume accounts receivable Self-starter and able to adapt to many different roles Qualifications 23-26.
