*BILLING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT*
Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Accountant to
join our team.
The candidate will have an opportunity to be a member of a team consisting of
talented and dedicated engineers, technicians and professionals who work together to interrupt and
challenge the status quo to design, develop, and produce state-of-the-art technologies.
The Billing & Accounts Receivable General Accountant will be responsible for preparing both
Government and Commercial customer invoices in Deltek CostPoint and submitting Government invoices
in WAWF.
They will manage the A/R Aging report and maintain a rolling 13-week cash forecast.
They
must exercise discretion in executing essential functions and be able to work independently,
following through on assignments with minimal direction.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Prepare invoices for both Government and commercial customers in a timely and accurate manner using Deltek CostPoint
* Submit and track Government customer invoices in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
* Assist with new customer setups and completion of required documentation.
* Prepare and monitor accounts receivable aging, follow-up with customers on payment status.
* Working with other team members prepare weekly cash forecast.
* Prepare account reconciliations for cash, accounts receivable and other assigned accounts.
* Perform other accounting functions as required.
*Desired Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Accounting or Finance desired or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field
* 3-7 years solid progressive accounting and finance experience
* Experience with Deltek Costpoint billing modules
* Experience with government invoicing platforms Wide Area Workfow (WAWF).
* Working knowledge of CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ contract types
* Working knowledge of FAR, DCAA & DCMA Guidelines
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite applications
* Must be US citizen and able to obtain DoD Secret security clearance
