Payroll Clerk - Full Time

The Voss Auto Network is hiring a full time (32-40 hours/week), non-remote payroll specialist to join our payroll team.
This team also works closely with the HR team, assuring our employees are paid accurately and timely.

Responsibilities: Process hourly and semi-monthly payrolls Maintain employee records, including deductions and benefits to ensure accuracy of payroll Process direct deposits for employees and transmit funds to bank Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll regulations Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay in a helpful and respectful manner Assist with month- end, quarter- end and year-end payroll filings, including W-2 processing Experience/Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years' experience processing payroll for a large employee base Proficient in Excel and computer utilization Attention to detail with ability to timely and accurately input data and analyze results Adherence and understanding of confidential nature of payroll Understanding of account reconciliations to identify and resolve out of balance situations Desire to learn and be cross trained in other payroll team roles and responsibilities Familiarity with Automotive industry and Reynolds and Reynolds software is preferred, but not required Location: 332 Congress Park Dr, Centerville OH 45459
