This role involves meeting weekly goals and continually enhancing the customer and company’s relationship.
Reaching out to customers so they stay current on agreed payment plans, helping them obtain product ownership and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements / Responsibilities:
* Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements
* Contact customers by phone and text whose agreements have expired
* Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency regarding accounts
* Contact references on expired accounts
* Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
* Handle field collections and de-installations
* Complete 25 calls per hour
* Valid Drivers License
